To accommodate friends and family around the world, we will be hosting five in-person graduation events, as well as live-streaming and recording three of them (noted below with an asterix*). We want everyone to be able to share your joy!

Friday, June 23, 2023
Grads arrive: 2:45pm
- 2:45pm: Grads Only: Gather on the Hildebrand Stage for a formal, official grad class photo.
- The photo shoot will be closed to guests, but the professional photo will be included in the online downloadable photo gallery available for grads and their families as part of our BCA Graduation Fee.
- 3:00pm: Gather in Rm. 174 for prayer and preparation.
- 3:15pm: Assemble in the order posted at your designated Chapel entrance doors.
Processional Program*: 3:30pm – 4:30pm (Open to All)
- 2:45pm: Hildebrand Chapel Exterior East and West Doors Open for Guest Arrivals
- 3:00pm: Hildebrand Chapel Interior Doors Open for Guest Seating
- 3:15pm: Prelude begins
Photo Booths: 4:30pm - 4:50pm
Banquet: 5:00pm - 6:30pm (Open to Grads & Invited Guests Only)
- 4:50pm: Grads gather inside Hildebrand Chapel in designated order by assigned doors in preparation for entrance into the banquet.
- 5:05pm: Grad Entrance
- 5:15pm: Prayer of Blessing & Banquet
Photo Booths: 6:30pm - 7:00pm
Celebration Service*: 7:00pm - 8:00pm (Open to All)
- 6:45pm: Doors open to Hildebrand Chapel
Photo Booths & Preparation for Grad Party: 8:00pm - 8:30pm
Grad Party: 9:00pm - 1:00am (Open Only to Grads)
- 8:30pm: Grads gather in Hildebrand Chapel for Jonah’s video followed by travel to grad party location
- Transportation is provided for this chemical-free grad party event. Students are not allowed to drive themselves.
- Students are not allowed to come and go from the party. If they leave early, they must travel home with a parent or guardian.
Saturday, June 24, 2023
Grads arrive: 12:50pm
- 12:50pm: Grads Only: Gather in Rm. 174 (West Hildebrand hallway classroom) for prayer and preparation:
- Put on your regalia (gowns and mortarboards) and collect your certificate folder. Hang your mortar board tassel to the right side. Bring clips to affix the mortar board cap to your hair if needed.
- 1:20pm: Edwards Chapel: Assemble in the order posted at your designated Chapel entrance doors.
Commencement Ceremony*: 1:30pm – 3:00pm (Open to All)
- 12:50pm: Hildebrand Chapel exterior east and west doors open for guest arrivals
- 1:00pm: Hildebrand Chapel interior doors open for guest seating
- 1:15pm: Prelude begins
Alumni Tea & Alumni Gift Box Distribution: 3:00pm – 4:00pm (Open to All): Edwards Chapel
- Gift boxes will be distributed to each grad family as they exit the Commencement Ceremony on Saturday afternoon.
- Students who are not able to be in attendance on Saturday afternoon are invited to contact our office to receive their box.
Grads Return Regalia: 3:00pm - 4:00pm
- Return gowns to Rm. 174 (West Hildebrand hallway classroom); grads will keep their caps (mortarboards)!
